How Does It Work

Step 1. Register and Sign Up: Choose your preferred demo method (online or in-person) and submit the application form.
Step 2. Receive Visitor Requests: Once approved, we will match potential attendees based on your availability and location and send appointment requests.
Step 3. Conduct the Product Demo: Showcase the product experience through a 1-on-1 online meeting or face-to-face interaction.
Step 4. Receive Rewards: Rewards will be issued within 2 business days after the demo is completed.

FAQs

What happens after I submit my registration form?

After you submit your registration, the Chasing team will match you with a real customer host whose setup and experience align with your interests.

Once a match is confirmed, both you and the host will receive an introductory email so you can connect and schedule a convenient time for the showcase.

After attending the session, simply complete a short feedback form—your input helps us continue improving the experience.

There is no cost to attend a Product Demo. After the session, both you and your host will receive 4,000 Chasing Points each by completing a quick feedback form.

For online demos, you and your host will first agree on a suitable time. Once confirmed, Yarbo will send a calendar invitation with a Google Meet link.
Google Meet runs directly in your browser, so no software download is required.

Your safety is very important to us. All hosts are verified Chasing owners, and demos are typically held in residential neighborhoods.
Each host must sign a formal Terms & Agreement before joining the program. We also recommend taking standard personal precautions and respecting the host’s property during your visit.

Yes. After being matched, you may coordinate a suitable time directly with your host via email, and please keep newsletter@canfishcam.com copied on the conversation.
Once the time is finalized, both parties should notify the Chasing team so we can provide support and ensure everything runs smoothly.

During in-person demos, you’ll be able to interact with the product under the host’s guidance. For online sessions, the host will operate the unit and demonstrate features live.
This is a great chance to hear honest feedback from a real user—feel free to ask about their daily usage, benefits they’ve experienced, and overall value.
