How CanFish Was Born
The story of CanFish began in 2019 with the engineers at CHASING Innovation.
During a weekend fishing trip, one engineer an avid angler was struck by a simple
idea: he couldn't see what was happening beneath the water. "what if we could bring
the technology we've developed for underwater robots into the world of fishing? Could
it completely transform the fishing experience?"
Building on CHASING's expertise in underwater robotics, the team developed the first
generation CanFish F1 and launched the CanFish brand, ushering in a new era of smart
fishing.

CanFish CF1 2025
Upgraded the CanFish CF1 with AI-powered fish arrival notifications, using underwater imaging to detect fish and sending real-time updates via the smart app. This advancement makes fishing smarter and more efficient, ushering in the AI-powered era of fishing.
CanFish F2 AI Smart Fish Finder
In 2026, CanFish introduced the F2 — a new-generation smart fishing system combining AI-assisted sonar with live underwater camera vision. Designed to bridge detection and confirmation, F2 helps anglers identify fish zones with sonar and visually verify real underwater activity in real time. With up to 200m range control, it is built for carp fishing, bank fishing, and wide-water environments, marking a new step toward more intelligent and precise fishing decisions.
