Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your package via 17Track or the carrier’s official website.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States (continental U.S. only) and most European countries.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S. territories, as well as certain remote islands.
If you are unsure whether your address is eligible, please contact us before placing your order.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, a signature is required upon delivery, so we do not ship to PO Boxes.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on the warehouse your order is shipped from:
U.S. Warehouse: 4–6 business days
China Warehouse: 8–12 business days
All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs delays.
Is shipping free?
Yes. All CanFish orders include free shipping and taxes.
There are no additional charges at checkout or delivery.

We ship using trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.
