To protect your rights, please inspect the product upon delivery to ensure it is free from damage caused during transportation. If any defects are found, please file a claim with the carrier and notify us within 30 days of receipt. Otherwise, the product will be deemed received in good condition and fully functional.
1. 30-Day Return & Refund Policy
You may request a return and refund within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the product if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product is in new or like-new condition
- All original accessories, manuals, and packaging are included
- A valid proof of purchase from the original sales channel is provided
Refunds are issued only through the original purchase channel.
For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.
Only the product price will be refunded. Returns may be refused if items are incomplete or improperly packaged.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Return & refund service will not be provided if:
- The request is made more than 30 days after delivery.
- The product is damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modification, improper operation, or external factors.
- Accessories, packaging, or parts are missing or damaged.
- Product labels, serial numbers, or waterproof marks are altered or removed.
- Proof of purchase cannot be provided or is suspected to be forged.
- The product is not returned within 30 days after return confirmation.
- The product was not purchased through the original sales channel.
- Required proof of transit damage issued by the carrier cannot be provided.

5. Shipping Damage & Inspection Upon Delivery
To protect your legal rights, please inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
- File a damage claim with the carrier immediately.
- Obtain official damage proof from the carrier.
- Submit the documentation to Chasing within 30 days of delivery.
Unreported shipping damage may be considered acceptance of the product in good condition.
Using this clause confirms that the damage was caused during transit and not by Canfish.
Canfish may use this information to file a claim with the carrier if necessary.
