Shipping Policy
Please reference your tracking number for any updates.
1. Delivery Area
We currently ship to the United States and most European countries.
We ship to the continental United States only and do not currently ship to the following U.S. states or territories, including: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
A signature is required upon delivery, therefore we do not ship to PO Boxes.
If you are unsure whether your address is serviceable, please contact our customer service team: sales@canfishcam.com before placing your order.
2. Shipping Time
Delivery times depend on where your order ships from:
- U.S. Warehouse: 4–6 business days
- China Warehouse: 8–12 business days
All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs processing.
3. Shipping Costs & Taxes
- Free shipping & tax included on all orders
- All prices on the Canfish website already include shipping fees and applicable taxes
- Any costs incurred during transportation are covered by Canfish
4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We ship via DHL, UPS, or FedEx using standard shipping.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can track your package directly on the carrier’s official website.
If you need help, our customer service team usually replies within 24–48 hours.
5. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to reasons such as an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or unavailability of the recipient, it will be considered undeliverable.
In such cases:
- Customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees for reshipment
- Orders may be refunded minus original shipping and handling costs, where applicable
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.
6. Delivery Delays
While we work closely with our shipping partners, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as:
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance
- Carrier operational issues
We appreciate your patience and will assist with tracking whenever possible.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting customer service as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow our return process.
