1. Policy Overview

The warranty period begins on the end user’s purchase date. If proof of purchase is unavailable, the warranty period will be determined by the serial number.

Damage caused by human or external factors is not covered. Final warranty eligibility is subject to inspection by the authorized after-sales service center.

2. Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use and in accordance with official instructions during the warranty period.

Depending on the product and issue, Canfish may provide:

  • Warranty repair
  • Replacement of defective parts or products

Replacement products or parts may be new or refurbished but will be fully functional and covered under the remaining warranty period.

3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The warranty does not apply to, including but not limited to:

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, disassembly, or shell opening
  • Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect operation, or use not in accordance with official instructions
  • Damage caused by accidents or uncontrollable external factors (e.g. collision, fire, flood, lightning, water ingress, sand, oil, biological swallowing, cable fault, etc.)
  • Damage caused by forced use after components have aged or been damaged
  • Damage caused by operating with a low-charged or defective battery
  • Damage caused by exceeding maximum safe range or depth
  • Products with altered, removed, or unreadable serial numbers or identification labels
  • Products not purchased through Canfish official website or authorized dealers
